Why do i get haste when i picked assasination when its the worst secondary for the spec, but when i pick sub i get crit.
Does anyone know how to get mastery?

i crafted 2 trinks from broken shore tokens and got

The stats on items do not influence whether those items will drop. The only things that influence it are armor class (cloth,leather,mail,plate), role (melee dps, ranged dps,tank,heal), and artifact (different relic types)
