    In the movies you see many characters indulging in various pills to help them cope with their lives. What do you use?

    Almost every day I take 500 mg of vitamin B12 in the morning. 1-2 times a week I also take 5 mg of vitamin D.

    I take an Allegra in the morning so I'm not a coughing/sneezing pleb at the office. I take BCAAs after lifting and a fish oil after dinner.

    I take a greens powder in my morning protein shakes instead of a multivitamin.

    I take far less today than I did a year ago. Now I'm just down to a couple Gabapentin, allergy medicine, calcium, and a couple others. A year ago, I was required to take 27 a day. Yay progress.
