Anyone use this ring on mythic+? I try it out on my enh and notice our Interupt nevr trigger buff. Is it bug or working as intent?

I use it on my elemental and it procs the buff every time it's off it's internal CD, which I don't think is the 8 second cd on wind shear. So are you getting it one proc and not the next maybe?

it didn't pro for me on Enh spec. it work on stun but not interupt

Im using Sephuz on my enhancement shaman and interrupts proc it just fine. You have to remember that it has a 30second cooldown.

I am sure it wasn't work yesterday for 3 hours run on mythic+.

plus 20+ interupt test on caster trash too.

today it work immediate, I don't know why

It's likely you're missing the interrupt and losing to someone else, if you run at high ms lag you'll have a hard time competing with others for interrupts. You can spec Sundering to alternate between that and cap totem to activate it on cooldown instead of relying 100% on interrupts.
