7.2.5 Wild Call will still reset?

last week we had the info on the "nerf" of our wild call, looking at the 7.2.5 PTR note now, it seems that they doubled passive chance of reset to 40% and mantained the full reset of the skill, and not the cooldown reduction.

Maybe, probably not. They probably just haven't gotten around to changing that part of the ability yet. A PTR build could be made when an ability is midway between being changed.

If you're going off this current dump of ptr build notes, you're just setting yourself up to talk about a whole lot of nothing. They've been pretty clear this stuff is partial and the devs are tweeting that many of the tooltips haven't been changed. So don't waste your time on this just yet.
