    Does relinquished tokens proc legendary easier if you have high bad luck protection?

    Does anyone know if they proc legendaries easier if you have farmed alot of raids for 2-3 weeks before spending your nether shards?

    No, nobody knows. Some may claim yes, others no, but we have no way to know for sure, unless we work at Blizzard and have access to that information.
