Peeps: Always the wrong answer.

Easter really doesn't seem to have any special candy. It's pretty much just all egg and rabbit shaped versions of normal candy. I don't think there's even a special variety of M&Ms like other holidays have, aside from the recolored versions of the normal varieties.

Peeps are the perfect answer. It's oddly satisfying to put them in the microwave and watch them inflate and melt. It's more entertaining than regular marshmallows.

I'm a huge fan of Starburst's jellybeans. I don't like marshmallow so never really got into peeps.

My grandma made peanut butter fudge, a dark chocolate fudge, and one year took those two and swirled them together into delicious peanut butter chocolate fudge.

Cadbury mini eggs, in both dark chocolate and milk chocolate, I buy them up after easter and store them in the back of the fridge, I even sometimes use them instead of chocolate chips in cookies by running them through the food processor until they're nicely broken up.

I also buy the Christmas version of these, I forget what they call them, and do the same thing.

I used to like peeps, but sometime in the last 10 years or so, they changed their marshmallow recipe, and it's not as firm as it used to be, now I only like them if they've been left to get stale, then they're like some sort of bastardized meringue.

The Reeses eggs are already gone from my local markets, apparently they're some sort of a cult hit here, people buy them up and store them for after Easter, something about them having a lower chocolate to peanut butter ratio that they prefer.
