whispers in the dark trinket - did they nerf up time?

Did this get a nerf bat? My uptimes are often 12 sec for entire fights. I started checking tis week and atm it is stat stic that gives almost 0 gains because its so random. It use to be up alot longer. I didnt track it because it was up all the damn time and I didnt need to. In fact I went 4 bosses without a proc one time grinding ap in normal nh.

It's just RNG unfortunately, it feels like it's been nerfed/buffed at times but it hasn't, it's just frustrating to play with

Yeah the trinket is insanely RNG dependant. I've had it proc up to 8 times during bossfights and in the next week i had 3 proccs with similar killtimes
