    Question AoE/M+ Talents with Whispers Cloak? (Ret)

    Hey guys,

    Having trouble trying to find a solid answer for this, but what are the best talents for M+ When using the Legendary cloak?

    It's obviously tier 1,2 and 4 that are confusing me.
