Hakkar the Soulflayer is a god of the troll pantheon. Dominating the trollish empire of Zul’Gurub, Hakkar seeks to spread his infectious dominion with his blood magic. Notable characteristics of Hakkar as a hero includes reversal of traditional skill formats, unique personal and team buffs, no mount, transferring buffs to your killer, and choice between melee or ranged.
Corrupted Blood [Innate]
(Active): Hakkar infects a minion with Corrupted Blood. When a minion with Corrupted Blood suffers 153 (70 + 4% level) damage or dies, it erupts and infects nearby minions.
Enemies affected by Corrupted Blood lose 22 (10 + 4% level) health every sec. Lasts 6 sec on Heroes and until death on minions.
10 Mana, 45 sec cooldown
[Q] Ability based on level 1 talent Blood Lash [Q1] - (Active): Hakkar's next Basic Attack strikes 2 additional times and restores health equal to 35% of damage dealt. Your next Basic Attack will strike immediately.
40 mana, 6 sec cooldown
Blood Spit [Q2] - (Active): Hakkar spits infected blood at the target, inflicting 72 (33 + 4%) damage instantly and 361 (165 + 4%) damage over 4 sec.
60 mana, 9 sec cooldown[
Blood Leech [W]
(Active): Hakkar drains the blood of enemies at the target location, inflicting 223 (102 + 4% level) damage. Hakkar restores health equal to 50% of damage dealt.
Hakkar’s other Basic Abilities reset the cooldown of Blood Leech.

Mark of Hakkar [E]:
(Active): Hakkar inflicts 85 (33 + 4% level) damage to an enemy and restores 85 (33 + 4% level) health. Applies Corrupted Blood, or spreads it if already affected.

Soulflay [R]:
(Active): Steal 10% of the maximum health of Heroes at the target location. Usable at level 1.
No Mana, 120 sec cooldown
Sons of Hakkar [Z]:
(Active): Hakkar summons a Son of Hakkar to pursue the nearest enemy Hero, dismounting and slowing it by 20% for 2 sec. Hakkar does not use mounts.

Aspect of the Snake: Hakkar grants another allied Hero 10% increased Spell Power until death. Hakkar receives half the bonus. No Mana, 90 sec cooldown
Aspect of the Tiger: Hakkar grants another allied Hero 20% increased Attack Damage until death. Hakkar receives half the bonus. No mana, 90 sec cooldown
Aspect of the Spider: Hakkar grants an allied 10 Armor until death, reducing damage taken by 10%. Hakkar receives half the bonus. No Mana, 90 sec cooldown

Cursed Armaments:
Enemy Heroes that steal your Aegis of the Blood God, Ancient Hakkari Manslayer, or Touch of Chaos lose 3% of their maximum health every sec.
