TBH...who fuckin cares, it's not like its much better on US side. I read wow forums from time to time and man...sometimes i see so great feedback essays that are detailed and got hundreds of upvotes with some brilliant ideas (miles better than the one blizzard provide often ) how to clear the mess that are classes after revmap and still not blue response, even something along the lines of "great feedback, we'll pass it to devs and see how they feel about it".

Also i dare say that CMs (at least head of them) should also be a dev aswell that work on the game and take hour maybe 2 from his day to check the forums and respond in some topics that are "hot", not some guy who post shitty hashtags and pictures on twitter

I personally havent touched neither US nor EU forums since we lost the original layout which actually made them usable, I cant stand the current design, let alone be bothered to post feedback. and EU forums & feedback have always been ignored. there will be a post soon by a Blue saying "Sorry we will make sure we do better in the future", but this has been going on since Cata at least, EU feedback is always ignored.

No - my valid reason is they don't ignore a substantial part of their clients, just that EU is not the main office so by definition the US will get more contact with the main office.

    Just simple logic really.

Logic ... US is head office, head office primary staff are in the US - therefore the US gets more access to primary staff.

Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.

what do you expect from a game that is world wide? Happens with every game, US Forums get Responses from the company while all other forums get f*ck all

But Blues will have the ability to post on both US and EU Forums so thees no real reason for it

Well there is, there are more key staff in the US by definition, also - EU has to divide their more limited resource between more languages which also dilutes individual support.

Sure things like translating parts for other regions fair enough but when they want testing (as in OP's example) or some announcement the US Staff can easily post on EU Regions so there is no real reason. Hell this could easily be fixed by allowing you to post on any forum with regardless of your license.

Yeah, this is one of several reasons why I don't bother with the fucking official forums, because you feel like a god damn second class citizen (subscriber) on the EU ones.

Aren't there way more subscribers based in Europe though? Shouldn't that warrant us to speak on at least a level plain-field?

All the more reason to remove the division between US/EU forums, they clearly can't handle it as all announcements in even our battle.net launcher is US based with US release dates, not EU ones. Let English speaking EU players take part in the English speaking US forums and that would solve all of these problems.

It certainly is, I don't see any japanese site popping on google search, also they are so far away that their porn is all blurry. Or maybe I need to get my eyes checked.

There's a difference between "more contact with US" and ignoring EU at a point where outdated events are posted for feedback.

In the age of internet, where everyone around the globe can post in this and similar forums, congregate to discuss and share info, images, documents etc, your "valid reason" and " simple logic" is a piece of shit.

The level of obvious failure could also easily be reduced to make an option for blues, that new threats will also appear on the english eu forum. like a little checkbox while creating a thread.

Things people get pissy over these days. Lol.

I mean, yes, of course it sucks that Blizzards pays so little attention to EU forums especially when I see all the good constructive criticism posted there. But what are you hoping to achieve by discussing this on mmo-c?
The absolute state of Warcraft lore in 2021:
Kyrians: We need to keep chucking people into the Maw because it's our job.
Also Kyrians: Why is the Maw growing stronger despite all our efforts?

Considering EU has more players and makes them more money, it is extra sour they completely ignore us.

They should really just make the forums global, and not region locked.

The EU official forums have always been shit. I mainly used it when the game was down to see what's happening and even in those cases it was useless (no actual reason or ETA or anything).
