    horde .

Mists of Pandaria says it's the Horde.

Horde put Garrosh in power leading to Civil War.

    Alliance didn't dismantle the Horde.

    Pretty much end of 'discussion'.

Aethas let Garry get the doomsday device instead of standing up to him, and I doubt even the true horde had the capacity to fight Quel'thalas. Rhen we have Jainas reaction, while not completely irrational, bit out of character, (garrosh syndrome?). Genn is irrational, thats pretty much his defining character trait. Tyrande is irrational because... she's been given terrible dialogue that resonates poorly in my opinion to her past. So I'd give horde the slight edge here.

The faction at Irvine HQ that writes this stuff.

That said, however many sides there are in a long war both make plenty of dumb and irrational decisions seen in retrospect.

Even Orcs and Undead vary and pretty different there is good Undead/Forsaken like Meryl Felstorm,Alonsus Foal, Leonid Bartholomew the Revered, Lillian Voss and many others.

There is Orcs like Garrosh and there is Orcs like Eitrigg who became Tirion Fordring best friend and saved his life despite that Tirion attacked him first and tryed to kill Eitrigg at start.

And there is Night Elves who summoned Burning Legion into the universe, and humans like Scarlet Crusade,Plagueland Necromancers,Lich King Scourge,Syndicate.

And there is Taurens like Feltotem and Grimtotem tribe who poisoned Garrosh weapon which lead to Cairne death.

And the majority of the Horde would've probably voiced their disapproval had they known before-hand.

It's more specific people are just stupid and making dumb choices.
Still wondering why I play this game.
I'm a Rogue and I also made a spreadsheet for the Order Hall that is updated for BfA.

Meh, depends on which faction they want holding the idiot ball whenever they need a flimsy excuse to keep the tired, hackneyed faction war going.

Based on recent events and expansions. I would put them pretty much even.

Granted, this is more blaming Blizz Lore and writing then anything else.

What kind of question is this? The Alliance even has an intelligence service and they still fail to retrieve the correct information, lol.

I'd question any leader of anything if his decision making is terrible.
