i like playing both but im not sure which one to decide on, which would you guys recommend for nh and tos when it comes out?

Ele imo,
Enhance has some serious issues right now and although it's looking like some of those problems with the spec will be fixed in ToS, Ele is just a safer bet.
Ranged is almost always going to be preferable to melee in a raid setting.

First of all; it's enh for short, not ench. It's enhancement and not enchanting
Go with what you prefer. The biggest difference between the two is that one is ranged and the other is melee. As Riistov said, ranged is usually preferred. Both specs have their flaws with enh's main fault is being undertuned, and elemental suffering during movement and from RNG. They're both just fine and lots of fun.
Ele will always be better than Ench because one is a DPS spec and the other is a crafting profession, which provides no exclusive combat bonuses.
Definitely roll an Enchantment Shaman.
Seriously, go Elemental if youre a raider. Guilds want ranged and you could be the biggest spastic ever and still get a raid spot as a ranged DPS. The numbers at the moment are competitive.
Otherwise play what you want.
Unless ToS turns into Melee hellhole, this is simply not true currently.
Nighthold has been one of the most melee friendly raids in history, EM wasn't extremely punishing for melees either.
Legion was very friendly to melees so far.
There are still healers.
And some abilities simply won't target Melees unless you literally have no Ranged Dps.
The first boss has almost literally nothing for melee to do except hit the boss. Harjatan and Inquisition similarly don't have a great deal of mechanics that focus melee either (there's like, a whirlwind on one, some cleaving adds on the other, and some target switching, woah).
Maybe it gets worse deeper in the instance?
