Question about rankings in Warcraft Logs

    Hi All,

Firstly, apologies if this isn't posted in the right section, wasn't sure where else to post this. Secondly, this isn't a brag post.

Last night our guild managed to down Mythic Krosus for the first time and looking through the rankings, a warrior in our guild managed to rank in the 99th percentile for his ilvl bracket. However looking at the section for Boss Damage only, he managed to hit 100th percentile.

I didn't know it was possible to hit the 100, what does this mean mathematically? I mean, relative to the rest of the parses in warcraft logs?

100th percentile means he is the top dps out of his bracket, period.

Relative to his ilvl bracket, but yeah, this.

So it's not like the 99th percentile, which means he shares that with others, Warcraft logs has only a single 100% parse for it's criteria?

100% is held by the #1 person in whatever respective field you're looking at.

If you have a member that parses 90% for moonkin damage, but 100% for moonkin boss damage, it means that hes done the most damage to the boss of all moonkins, but at the downside of ignoring whatever adds may be in the encounter.
