    mning/herb - worth lvling and going for r3 now?

    making a tank to be my farmer in bfa (herb/mining), and he uet 50/115 legion with some ranks 1.

    worth going to get rank 3 now or just dont worth? after all, idk if there going to be market for thoses things now :/
