Every day it seems like it can't get any worse - and every day it does, with Cheeto-apologists hand-waving treason right on by like it was the ice-cream truck.
Poor McMasters - he seemed like a pretty straight shooter, an actual decent choice for the position. I guess no one survives the Trump-Wreck.
I'm just trying to figure out what the thought process is. My father voted him and has regretted that choice, he bought into propaganda and wants to impeach Trump.
My step dad is 65 years old and seems too stuck in his ways. He defends trump because he the man republicans have been backing and defends anything he does. He effectively drank the cool aid which I find extremely depressing because he isn't hateful and has been genuinely good to my family.
I want to know the thought process for the average trump voter. Why is he a good choice? What about him is likable? If you crucified hillary for mishandling information, how do you feel about trump giving it away to our adversaries?
Do they admit that Russia is an adversary even, or is this just some giant MSM plot to them? I really want to know why they think the way they do.
Our nation should be coming together over this. We shouldn't be divided. Knowing their thoughts might make it easier to explain to them why they are incorrect.
Or at least, that's the optimist in me.
So th Secretary of State said nothing happened, the director of national security said nothing happened but apparently this anonymous source says otherwise.
This is sandy hook was a conspiracy level currently. This thread should have been locked from the start
Very well said.
I think the biggest issue we'll have in bringing Trumpkins over from the Dark Side is the phenomenon known as The Backfire Effect (better explanation here). People DO NOT like to be wrong, and when their beliefs are challenged, instead of incorporating new information and realigning their belief structure, they instead challenge the information and "double down" on their opinions - even when they know they are wrong.
It's a phenomenon that will be very prevalent in the Trump Impeachment process.

Right, it would be considered one of many instances of incompetence over a very short period of time.

The source was, who has been coined by both conservative pundits (Erik Erickson) and actual national security officials.
McMaster in his press conference today said Trump wasn't briefed on the source of the information.
That raises a big question: Is the Intel community withholding some of the vital intel from Trump? For those unaware: Methods and Sources intel is the most sensitive intel, there's only 8 people in Congress have access to that kind of intel beyond the President and Vice-President out of elected officials.
"Life is one long series of problems to solve. The more you solve, the better a man you become.... Tribulations spawn in life and over and over again we must stand our ground and face them."
Don't forget Russia also said he didn't do it.
But then Trump got on Twitter and said he did it, and that he had every right to do it. That's the narrative you're supposed to be pushing now, keep up.
Also, have you heard about Seth Rich? Hillary murdered him herself right before going for a slice of pizza.
