Can some1 verify do artifact knowledge work after lvl 52 in rated PvP, in other words, does concordance of legionfall stack normally or is it maxed on 2k proc ?

Effect in pvp got nerfed. But of course still retarded it's active in the first place. They should just give everyone the same traits in rated :/
Maybe it's the same learning curve blizzard had in WoD where they don't admit they were wrong but eventually come around correcting their idiocy anyway. One can only hope.
