Horde Players: Could you see yourself being led by Anduin in the future?

It seems like Blizzard is setting up Anduin to be an anchor between the horde and the Alliance and it would be very interesting if the horde were to pledge their allegiance to Anduin in the next expansion as the supreme leader of Azeroth.

If in fact there was some faction allegiance system where horde and alliance players could do some quest event or reputation grind to become "neutral" or friendly with eachother's faction, could it make sense to have a well liked leader from a faction become the leader of Azeroth at least temporarily?

Keep in mind this is just a question to horde players. I am primarily an Alliance player and the only horde leader I could see myself getting behind in terms of pledging loyalty to is maybe Thrall or Bloodhoof.

As a Alliance player no....God no. They will NEVER see a human as a "supreme leader"....they will respect him as a alliance leader only but never as someone who can lord over them.

Exactly this, I believe they could respect him, But they'd never A) Accept him as a leader of the Horde, that's just stupid, and B) Blizzard wouldn't make a King of the Alliance the leader of the Horde, they know how much players bitch and moan in this game when they think the Horde have more of "X", or the Alliance have another "X" etc

Also, have you been playing Warhammer recently? Your whole Supreme Leader of Azeroth Idea Is.... familiar. I mean I know the demonic ships resemble warhammer chaos ships to some degree but comeone, chill... WoW Isn't WoW without Horde X Alliance, and when that stops to be the fact, people will quit WoW In the millions.

The current problem with Anduin is that he just comes across as weak. Both in terms of his character and his writing. He's just not a believable character. I mean, come on! He's a prince, blond hair, white dude who's got a prophesy claiming he's the grand savior of the entire universe. Blah blah blah.

Really Blizz, that's the best you can do? I'd rather follow Illidan, TBH. He's a much more interesting character. Even Sylvanus, as much as people like to hate her, actually has some depth. Hell...for that matter Arthas was a better prince than Anduin. Garrosh was a more compelling character and leader. Every single one of these characters has been willing to sacrifice and do anything for their people. Anduin though? He's struggling to get out of his father's shadow and having moral quandries and filled with self-doubt. Bah.

Maybe he'll shape up in time for the next expansion? It'd be really interesting to see him go Shadow-priest and embrace the madness of the old ones. But as he is now, he's not fit to lead anything.
