Demonic spec, should I roll it?

I recently got the legendary head, and I've tried the demonic build... But I really dont enjoy it as much as the Chaos build. Is it plain stupid not to go demonic build, when the head is the only legendary that I own?

For M+ - Yes definitely play demonic spec.

Most accurate way to find out would be to sim yourself depending on your stats, ilvl and relics. A rough answer going off Zarania's sims accounting for you only having Raddon's:

For Single Target boss fights: Felblade spec does about 2.7% more dps than demonic.

For Add cleave boss fights: Demonic spec does about 3.8% more dps than felblade.

221/222 performs relatively strongly on short fights and poorly on longer fights

If Raddons is your only legendary then 331 w/ chaos blades is usable, raddons is a top tier legendary for that spec while being of little use for demon blades w/ felblade.
