Is drop rate different from each spec?

If lets say i am an assassination rogue and i have 4 legendarys (1 that fits everything and 3 that is spesific to assassination) and i respec to outlaw, does my drop rate increase to the rate i had before i got the 3 spesific? Or is there no point of me trying or hoping to get a legendary as a buttpirate?

Yes since 7.2 but not by much

first legendary is boosted a lot, second legendary a little bit

yes you would have better drop rate in a spec with less legendary

Also there is never "no point" or "no hope", even if you had 6 legendary in one spec it still keeps dropping
