    Will 7.3 Bring A No-Fly Zone?

There are plenty of theories surrounding 7.3, and I am curious to see who stands where. So, in it's most broad terms, and convenient definitions, shown by your poll vote and/or post, will Argus be a no-fly zone when it releases?

Please note, not every answer is possible to incorporate into a poll. If your answer is NOT shown, please feel free to check "Other - See My Post" and leave a descriptive explanation outlining your opinion on the matter. Thanks.

Hopefully like Molten Front/Timeless Isle style.

Yes it will, these separate zones are always no fly zones. The only reason Blizzard is even allowing us to fly is because they know 7.3 will ground us again. Since the devs are too incompetent to make content that accounts for fly mounts they make flying impossible so they can have an easier time designing quests.

No fly zones are pretty much the only way for blizzard to justify spending time creating a zone. it's far more enjoyable to explore the nooks and crannies and combat the terrain difficulty in the way blizzard dreamt it up to be.

Unfortunately, yes. Unless they make Argus a huge Zone (which they should, it's a whole fucking planet) we will be grounded there.

Yes, it will. It's been years since new content was flyable on day 1. I don't even understand why the question needs to be asked.

If Argus is partially shattered, then I'd hope we do have flying. The idea of having to navigate a planet without flying is annoying. The sad thing is that I'll end up doing the content when it's current anyway.
Isn't it ironic how education is important, yet people forget all about it when they visit the internet?

It will almost certainly be a no-fly zone. But I have no problem with that. I am glad they are bringing flying to Legion, but new zones should be no-fly to fully experience them IMO.

Meh, either they do or either they don't. As long as I can level with flying, I'm fine with either.

Really hope they do , not a big fan of flying on max level content

Thx to Isilrien for the awesome sig

Simply to prove a point that people either don't care, or are ok (for the most part) with the impending release of 7.3, and its interaction with flying mounts.

Sure... if you had flight. Maybe Argus will be the same. "Already have the achieve? Feel free to fly. Oh you don't have it after all this time? Tough shit."

it probably will, and if it does it'll just display the pettiness of watcher even further.

Of course this is a lie. First, achievement required doing some stuff in Tanaan like now in Broken Shore, second flying was enabled on 6.2.2 if I remember correctly.

On topic, it should be no-flying until 7.3.5 or even 7.4 (if we will have 7.4 of course). Let us explore it on ground first.

You do realise that ground mounts actually require more design? Flying has not got at all the same limits, no issues with terrain or invisible walls to scale, flying allows you to not interact with things like mobs and traversing the ground, hills and so forth too so quite frankly you're like the rest of the crowd who assume a completely unfounded and ignorant approach to game design.
Say you live in a 3-leveld house, you need stairs to go each floor... If you can fly/float why do you need stairs? Someone has to make those stairs if you can't.

As for the thread, it's difficult to pin point, they might do since considering the terrain will be pretty messed up from the domination of Legion but Tanaan Jungle being a zone similar in terms of end-like content and a raid was flyable behind achievements but then that's where it was introduced compared to being earlier for Legion being 7.1 and 7.2.

As far as pacing content is concerned it would be kind of silly to add class mounts (flying) and then not be able to use them in subsequent patches of that same expansion.

Does the Chronicle (Volume 1 or 2) have any pictures of Argus? Perhaps it will be like outlands with a very broken up terrain that requires flying.
