Latency Issues

Greetings,

I have some serious Latency issues, I run about 400-800 latency. In all other games im between 20 and 30. I have reset my connection, cleared the cash, got a new IP, reinstalled the game, but nothing works. Has someone similar issues?

I read a thread from January that said to run D3 in 32 bit mode. Seems to have worked for me. I'm back to what WoW usually runs at.
