BM Hunter PvP Changes.

- 10% (15% if they combine what the 7.2.5 notes say about a 5% reduction) nerf to AGI.
- 20% Loss of Armor.
- 30% Loss of Mastery which is 30% Pet Damage and our Main Secondary stat.
- 5% Loss to our damage reduction utility.
- Loss of our Execute.

on top of
- Kill Command losing 8% damage from trait nerf
- Jaws of Thunder whatever losing 8% activation chance comes out to.

Not unexpected...masses cry OP (which it was a bit, especially lower brackets) and Blizz over nerfs.
