Last I heard, +10 with award 905 still, whilst a +15 will give 930 (mirroring mythic quality loot like the system does now), could be wrong though

The 27th/28th depending on what region you're in.
But next reset (20th/21st) you want to do a +15 so you can get a 930 item in the chest the next week

and to anyone who can't manage a +15, try to go as high as possible - a +11 will give you 910, +12 a 915 etc etc

Anything above +10 will give higher ilvl, and you can obviously titanforge higher now etc
