I doubt it will capture the same essence as the original. Since it was far from what would be considered "appropriate" TV these days.

Looks like the exact same show just with slightly updated animation and most of the same VAs. Pretty decent revival so far IMO.

I am thoroughly sold. Between this and the Invader Zim movie I am seeing a return of that extremely weird but charming 90's Nick I loved so much.

I'd say the only thing left to complete the era of my childhood would be someone finishing the Commander Keen games cliffhanger but fans already did that.
