Why doesn't Bolvar find and recruit Kel'thuzad?

If we assume that Kel'Thuzad managed to regain his corporeal form since his defeat in Naxxramas, why doesn't Bolvar send death knights to go find him. Since Bolvar can "feel" the undead, maybe he's also able to "feel" where Kel'thuzad's phylactery is currently hidden. Also even if he didn't regain his form, maybe Bolvar can fasten it somehow if phylactery is brought to him.

Kel'thuzad is probably one of the most knowledgeable being in Warcraft universe when it comes to Legion:
    - We see from War3 that he knows about Legion when he explains to Arthas about them
    - He was the one that indirectly started the Third War and successfully summoned Archimonde on Azeroth
    - He read the book of Medivh and probably gained more knowledge about them

Kel'thuzad was fiercely loyal to Lich King/Arthas and it makes sense for Bolvar to try to exploit this and enlist another powerful lieutenant into his army.
We know that his servitude to Legion was just a ruse, and that he hates them as much as we do. I mean since Legion invaded again it makes sense to enlist his help if he's willing to join Scourge/Ebon Blade again.

Because his heart will always belong to his best pals forever, arthy and zulie. No smoldering imposter can ever compare.

I would assume that Kel would try to overtake Bolvar's place as the Lich King as he is not loyal to him like he was to Arthas. Better to keep him away then give him the power to come after you.

How can we say for sure that he hasn't done it behind our backs?

    Kel'thuzad is pro scourge

Bolvar isn't really pro scourge, since he is holding them back.

The two will not see eye to eye

We dont know that some or all of these things you listed happened already.

Counterpoint, you are forgetting the fact that Kelthuzad was quite an ARTHAS fan directly. He might not be so happy about the whole situation with bolvar on the throne and could even plan a coup/uprising against the LK. Actually, I know the "official story" is that the body of Arthas was taking by argent crusade and buried in secret but technically it dissappeared and we dont know what happened to it. Kelthuzad could have taken it and trying some necromancy on it atm..

Could make for a good expansion if Kel'Thuzad returned to try and take control of the scourge back from Bolvar and insert Arthas corpse on the throne again.

I am kinda confused to who Kel'thuzad was really loyal to.

He was loyal to Ner'zhul when Arthas was Paladin and Scourging of Lordaeron has just began.
He was loyal to Arthas/Ner'zhul when they merged together.
He was loyal to Arthas when he became dominant personality

I mean is he loyal to Lich King whoever it may be or was it strictly to Ner'zhul/Arthas combo.
Maybe he was in it just to advance his necromantic abilities and didn't care who really the Lich king was. That's the same reason why it's possible he wouldn't have a problem with joining with Bolvar also. We know Bolvar is playing Game of Thrones while Legion is invading so it would be interesting to see him and Kel'thuzad interacting imo.

I mean Bolvar is still Scourge tehnically.

Also I feel like Bolvar is much smarter than previous Lich King and holding them back is just a ruse or distraction from his real plans.

Why recruit when you can subjugate? This is what necromancy is about.

I'm sorry but you're not inside the dude's mind. How can you claim he's against the scourge? He's the lich king at the moment. There's no reason to believe he didn't betray you

He died in Naxx 2.0 in WotLK, but unlike in Naxx 1.0 (Classic lvl. 60) his phylactery wasn't recovered at all. Presumably with it unaccounted for there is a possibility for his future return if desired in the story.

I'd kinda like for Kel'thuzad to come back, overthrow Bolvar, and then be defeated and the scourge finally destroyed for good

That's how Lichs work. We recovered his in Vanilla and he came back sometime in Wrath due to the fact someone in the Argent Dawn/crusade sided with the Scourge.

Not sure about source in warcraft, but that's the fantasy of liches in all settings. They become immortal by binding their spirit to an object and in doing so resolve themselves of needing a mortal body.

There's no real source outside the fact that his phylactery wasn't looted at all in Naxx 2.0 - where in Naxx 1.0 the phylactery was lootable and turned in to Inigo Montoy (who eventually used it to reconstitute Kel'thuzad and went on to become a Lich himself in the form of Thel'zan the Duskbringer). Since the phylactery is unaccounted for it remains possible for Kel'thuzad to return in some capacity.

I always thought LK would hold some sort of dominion to Lich's as he does to all the other undead as Lich's are undead.

    Is this not the case?

I would imagine Arthas probably knew the location of the phylactery given that, as part of the Scourge, he would've had the ability to know Kel'thazad's thoughts. If Arthas knew the location it is likely Bolvar now also knows it - although what he intends to do with that knowledge, if anything, is unknown.
