Overwatch receiving Destiny 2 skins?

So we all know that Destiny 2 will be on battle.net which is why it's a possibility that we could get Destiny 2 game items for Overwatch and other Blizzard titles like HoTS, etc. What do you guys think?

I don't think Blizzard will pollute their games with a 3rd party IP. They seem to have a pretty closed off ecosystem or will at least want total control over the aesthetic.

However, I never in a million years thought I'd see a non-Blizzard game on the launcher, and here we are.

I could see maybe Destiny-esque skins, but probably not a direct copy. Like how most (if not all) of the WoW tier costumes in Heroes are slightly different than the actual gear. Heroes I could definitely see getting some stuff after a year or two, when enough people have had a chance to play it and could actually recognize any cross-game cosmetics.

Considering that Blizzard has said that they probably won't even incorporate skins based off their games, I doubt they'd put any based off a game not in the Blizzard universe.
