I'm guessing the US will have it open in about 5 hours when their reset happens (assuming it's 9am on the west coast).
Then EU will get it tomorrow at 9 in the morning with our reset.

Once the reset happens, like the Anduin cinematic, it should be playable in game with a macro without killing kiljaeden
