    Will we get 970 Legendary by default from today on?

    Now that ToS opens, I just wanna make sure.

    Because I withhold from doing Raids and stuff on the last two days since I don't feel like doing the quest to upgrade them in case I accidentally got one.

    Yes. I saved caches from last week to open today and got a 970 legendary.
