A question about Crafted Rings/Neck for Destro

I am wondering if it is worth investing in a crafted ring and if so which one for Destro would be better overall?

I was leaning towards the Haste(primary)/Mastery(secondary) Ring.
But maybe i could get some different input as to which Ring i should pair up with the one off of Mistress Sassz'ine

Worth it if you raid heroic only. Neck, ring should have only mastery on them. I'm pretty sure not much can beat this on Heroic. Obviously they can be pretty pricy.

If you can afford it,crafted gear is better than equal ilvl gear,it's nice to wear until you get a replacement
The fact that you can "chose" stats and that there is always a socket makes them very good for their ilvl
