Streaming Issues/Pixelated

Hello Guys,

Like the Title said i have some Issues while Streaming.
The Picture is so pixelated while playing WoW.

Anyone got and Idea why?
Internet connection is 150 down 10 up
Settings :
Encoder: x264
Bitrate: 4000-4500
Profile: High
Tune: none

Audio
44.1 khz
128

Resolution
Base: 2560x1440
Output: 1080p at 30fps

That kinda just happens in games like WoW. Dont focus on stream quality, its its watchable people dont care.

All i want is a good looking Stream Quality, not this Pixel shit.

I think it is the downscale from 2k to half

Are you streaming to Twitch or some other service? Assuming Twitch, are you partnered with twitch? What software are you using to stream?

Assuming it is Twitch, you are not partnered and you are using OBS, since that is the most common scenario, turn your bitrate down to 2500, that's likely your problem.
