Yup, checked the model. List of shit Varmathras has gone through:

Eyes removed
Wings torn and shredded
Large spikes impaled in arms and legs
Large chain attached to arm with similar spikes
Tons of skin removed
Bottom jaw severed, permanently held open with large weight
Loincloth is also permanently fastened to his body with piercings
And then there is that weird metal plate. It looks like it is embedded in his skull between his horns, the metal thing goes down almost to his (now exposed) spine, and wraps around his front, cutting into his skin and muscle (not clipping, the shredded skin is clearly modeled) and is embedded into his skull, all the way up to between his eyes and ears.

the krokul are using shamanism, their leader says "this land still listens to our pleas" and he uses earth magic to uncover a cave.

Even so, Shamans could try to speak/commune with Azeroth's elements to help them against the Legion on Argus. Still interesting elements are around on Argus, gotta wonder what they know.

like, when i was arguing that shamanism would work fine, it was in the context of it just being on the broken shore. there's a whole fucking planet of elements around the broken shore.
