7.2.5 Trinket sims

Greetings all, I've been searching on the forums for the past few days on a comprehensive list of trinket priorities in 7.2.5 with no luck. What everyone is saying is that Whispers is bis, with the second best trinket being the Tarnished Sentinel Medallion (that drops off sisters). Where does the erratic metronome fit into this, and at what ilvl metronome would be better than the medallion.
