Pit lords are just too damn big to work as warlock minion. The updated Abyssal is already a pain in the ass to run around with due to it's size. I'd hate for them to do the Pit Lord what they did with the Doomguard - in order to reduce screen space they shrunk the poor guy down so he looks like a battle pet.

i rather them let the patch go out and work after on one class
then hold back the whole patch just so warlocks can have some visuals, it does make sense, just you dont seem to be able to make sense of it
one classes cosmetics is no where near worthy to hold back a patch...

yes but they were not updated FOR warlock, they were updated for legion/hellfir citidal, but were given to warlock since they were updated anyways

Because Pit Lords are considered one of the strongest races in the entire lore. And running around with a Eredar as your "pet" is utterly idiotic.
Though I already know Blizzard wouldn't let that sort of thing happen anyway so I'm not worried.

We have one bound but ya summoning one for battle seems a bit over the top perhaps getting a spell to use the power of our current one might be cool. We also have the eradar twins as followers they had no choice in the matter.

What if Pit Lord were a new 10 minute CD, eats all your active demons and does a blast of fel. Give it like a 2 second channel with a ritual style animation to make it feel impactful too.

what cosmetic combat glyphs do mages have? do shadow priests? shamans? balance druids? you cannot deny you've had so much more in the way of choice to customise your character in combat

warlocks can summon a fel lord in pvp (from a pvp talent) that stands in one place doing high damage to anyone in it - not a pit lord

It's a Fellord.

And the demo 4pc very briefly on ptr could summon an army of Prince Melchezars. But on live it was just satyrs and Felhounds.

We do have the Eredar twins as followers though. Could be in for something interesting in the future given how they said they would like to have us summon bigger/ badder demons.
