Also I would like to see pvp templates.

I can't find anything up to date.

Because that information isn't available or documented anywhere by Blizzard. (particularly the templates).

There may be 3rd party sites, but when I did my full breakdown of how gear works in PvP a month or two back, I had to sift through dozens of blue posts, half a dozen Blizzard employee Twitter accounts, and patch notes as far back as the early Legion Alpha.

And.. as for an iLevel cap... there isn't one.
