    Assassin 4pc: 40% or 60%

On 14 June, community manager Aerythlea posted the following regarding sin's 4pc bonus:

"4pc: Swapped with 2pc and is now: "Garrote deals 60% (up from 30%) increased damage."

    Rogues rejoiced.

But the tool tip still says 40%, and i've heard everything from "tooltip error" to "just how it is be grateful its not 30%"

Has anyone seen anything definitive on this dated later than 14 June?

    Thanks!

Client spell data (see wowhead) says 40%, and a dummy test confirmed it. You can remove one of the tier pieces to test this out yourself at the dummy.

I did find this: page: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=242275/...onus#changelog the implication is that the bonus damage doesn't change to 60% until 7.3! Ouch!

That ptr build has the bonusses swapped again. Looks like outdated spell data because it doesn't make sense that they would buff a tier set for the next content patch (the opposite is usually the case).

Yo, its 40%. Well played blizzard. At first nerfing it to 30%, then telling us they are going to revert it and at the end we end up having 40% without being announced at all, or did i miss it?
