I think he is turning your bowser reference into a second reference about the legend of the Kappa. Kappa are usually depicted as having water around their head to signify their life force or whatever. I think some variations of the kappa have made it into a bowel of water around their head.

Idk... Maybe if they revamp the model. Because right now, they use a male worgen skeleton, with literally every animation. Same with Jinyu, with Night Elf male skeleton.
