And Arthas is the “he” that is found in the circle of stars (Il’gynoth)

And he is actually Anduin’s father? If Arthas is buried under the tomb in Stormwind with the Lordaeron symbol on it. Which is next to Tiffin Wrynn’s grave.

Is it lore that Arthas was returned to Stormwind to be buried? I just can't see a reason for them to do that, or a reason Sylvanas would want his body. She can't reanimate him, he's trapped in the Lich King's armor.

She can't reanimate him, but her val'kyr can. I don't see why she would do that though UNLESS she wants him to share the same fate as she does.

None, sadly. It's registered by the real A J Park account and with the correct Blizzard applicant ID, but beyond that? The categories it's registered under are somewhat nebulous.

One thing she can’t stand more than the living is Arthas. So, taking Stormwind for the sole purpose of retrieving Arthas’ body would make Blizzard sense so they could bring him back.
