So I hope they plan on increasing the character cap if they are encouraging people to level a bunch of new toons, considering tons of people have every class level capped and don't have room for more.

Yep. Same here. (and I'm sure a lot of long time players have). Always assumed my dwarf priest was dark iron but couldn't use thte appearance. not paying them to change it.
