They want to make it a surprise during 7.3.5's lifetime when it becomes a preorder deal. They don't really want people feeling like it's going come along with 7.3.5 for free, then be disappointed when it isn't.

Ok, BoE greens scale to player level, but still are the original pre 7.3.5 drops, so no "level 60" only drops.

Loot tables stayed pretty much intact, good for transmogs/profession farm.

Level 110 green from barrens is only itemlevel 93, which is ok, I never expected super-greens from old content.

Amusing that Lore is saying its datamining. Need to make that a meme when allied races come out during Legion. Datamining aside they can't pretend the embassies aren't already there with the NPCs mentioning them.

Probably meant Zandalari and Dark Irons, there is some stuff regarding them in the files like icons.

Pretty easy to see what they're trying to do. Stave off the growing expectation for 7.3.5 to have allied races, which they've never said was the intention but due to the leak people have began to believe.
