What's the breakpoint there?
Of course, but that is a very specific, different condition that only happens rarely for a few seconds, at very high crit chance, and not what we are talking about, nor what the aithor of the thread asked. If the next Bestial Wrath is already off cooldown while the previous is still active, you can wait until it ends even at 2 charges. But read the comments above, they are assuming that half the Wild Call procs get wasted every time, and no one mentioned that overlap at all. They just said they sit at 1 charge through the entirety of Bestial Wrath, without context.

Losing 1 DB or losing 32 KCs ?
1 Bire Beast or 32 Kill Commands? What are you smoking? An average raid boss fight lasts between 3 and 8 minutes. 32 Kill Commands cost 960 focus to cast and takes 32 GCDs to perform. What kind of ludicrous scenario does that amount to 1 Dire Beast?

By the way, zoo build around 40% crit procs Wild Call approximately once every ten seconds. All the math is pointless if you start with a wrong premise.

No point replying if you clearly didn't read a single thing of my post other than the part you quoted.

I'm not sure how this is a big discussion. Unless you don't play Killer Cobra (which is standard for essentially everything, even M+ because of boss fights), none of this is actually relevant in terms of losing KC usages. The fact that you keep resetting KC's CD under BW means it doesn't matter if you enter a BW with 3 or 6 seconds left on KC, it'll be reset by your next cobra shot anyway. The disappearingly small window where this matters, is if you enter BW at a point where it'd take longer to cast CS+KC than just wait for KC's CD (and even then, sitting on your hands for a second would have to be a better choice than pushing out another cobra shot, which is unlikely). At any other point in time, the constant reset of the CD means that any perceived "lost time" on KC outside of BW doesn't actually matter, as you'd be casting the CS-KC anyway, and if your overlap happens once a minute to lose a usage on KC, then you'll never feel it due to killer cobra resets.

In the end, the only thing you can really lose out on with the standard "zoo"-build is DB procs, which means your priority is as follows:
DB to ensure no wasted procs (EG, never have a charge on it):
    KC.
DB where you don't risk losing any of the reset CD/charges (use an auto-swing timer).
