Semi-Hardcore Raiding


ET is looking to recruit for a semi-hardcore, heroic/mythic progression group. The founders of the guild have all moved on from one previous guild and we are looking to have a raid group formed by the next raid week. The guild consists of experienced players who have been playing WoW and MMO’s for more than 10 years. We left our last guild because of a lack of coordination, organization, and fun, and we want this group to be a welcoming, fun group of likeminded people.

What we need:
Tank - Blood DK -> Guardian Druid -> Anything else
2 Raid Healers - Resto Druid/Resto Shaman/MW Monk


What we are offering:

1. We would like to raid 2 days a week, 3 hours a night. These will most likely be Thursday/Sunday, 9PM EST to 12PM EST.
Organized, clear and efficient raid leading and group activities. We want people to be prepared going into a raid, but still have a clear guide to help them through all our progression.

2. Access to consumables, advice, resources to have an overall better guild and member experience. Everyone can contribute or use our materials to have us all ready for raid.

3. Having fun and good laughs. The main group is comedic, personable and witty and we tend to have hours of laughter while being able to focus and kill a progression boss.

Guild System:

1. Loot will be performance and attendance based, distributed by loot council. If you show up, do great numbers, and are active other than raid days, you will get loot. If your attendance and mechanics are good, we will help you improve your damage and consider you even more for loot.

2. Trial period is 4 raid nights, after you are promoted to a member who will have access to guild resources, and invited to raid every time.

3. Come prepared, knowing the fights, gear ready and consumables on you. If we see you put effort in, you are guaranteed a spot in raids, mythics, and any other things we join.

Overall we are hoping to have a solid group of raiders and explore the possibility of mythic raiding when we clear through heroic, and put it on farm. We are all 905+ on our mains and alts and are looking to recruit those around that item level as well.
