    This is a good base to start from. If you're really trying to keep it under 700, a few ways you can knock down the price a little more, change the 1600 to a 1500x will save you around 20$. You can also do something i've never done and that is going to kinguiin for a cheaper copy of windows i believe 37$ (make sure to get buyer protection). You can also look to get a different case. Just make sure you have at least one intake fan on the front of the case and one exhaust on the rear. If you can spare a little more money I recommend getting a 16gb package of ram instead of 8gb as its around 110 vs the 65 per 8gb stick.

    I've bought a few OS keys from Kinguin as have friends of mine. Never had a problem.
