Seriously. I just completed the shaman campaign and got my Farseer title. At the end you have this scene with the four elemental lords bestowing their powers upon you, and it was kind of... underwhelming.
-Neptulon is still good ol' neptulon. But I stopped liking him after they changed their mind about him being swallowed by Ozumat, cancelling a possibly very cool questline or raid encounter to rescue him. His presence at the hall like nothing happened buggered me.
-Therazane is... Therazane.
-Smolderon is Baleroc in disguise. I was really sad to see they didn't even give him a brand new model. And I really believe they should have, because THIS guy is the one replacing Ragnaros, who was super badass in voice and appearance, and has grown to be one of the icons of WoW and Hearthstone. And then comes Baleroc.
You cannot even choose which firelord to pick, which would have been kinda problematic but cool nonetheless. Instead you have to pick him because he hates mortal "slightly less" than the other guy. Farseer decisions!
-Thunderaan suffers from the same problem. He is a common elemental but giant in scale and wielding Thunderfury. His Vanilla model, while outdated for today's standard, would have been much more imposing and intimidating; instead we got this ugly Draenor elemental. With Thunderfury.
I don't know, I was expecting more. True, you cannot devote tons of assets for just one class hall campaign, but those are the elemental lords: guys we're bound to see in the future regardless of our class. Don't you think they could have handled it a bit differently?
