Will new netherlight crucible talents + additional points work in arnea/bg??

I really hope these new talents/ additional points are not disabled in pvp! Anyone who can confirm?

Every artifact AP trait works in PVP, sometime blizzard are nerfing them but they pretty much always worked outside old paragon trait pre 7.2.

Blizzard want AP to be relevant for everyone. No reason it may change in 7.3 They may nerf them if OP, but no reason to disable them.

I agree... We will have the new talents + additional unlocked points there for probably an year before a new expansion is released. I can't imagine all pvp players not benefitting at all from these things lol.... would be totally stupid
