So the question is pretty simple (or not):

Can you or can you not solo soak (ice block, bubble ect.) "Incorporeal Shot"on Mythic/Heroic difficulty?

Heroic yes, mythic no.

on mythic, if less than 2 players (I think, never played around with it) are hit, the arrow just automatically divides its damage evenly between all living players, so just walking up to her and hitting ice block isn't actually that terrible of an idea as it makes dodging a little easier I guess,
it also means that there's no gain to be had from just suiciding people into it either
