    [Balance] Emerald Dreamcatcher low haste

Recently picked up emerald dreamcatcher. I have been using Oneth's and Prydaz but I want to switch to Oneth/EDC. The problem is to keep 4 set and EDC/Oneth I only have about 6800 haste. Oneth/EDC sims higher for turret casting and I know the 4 set gives up to 15% haste (almost double what I normally have). Does that offset it enough to make it actually workable in a single target raid environment?

6800 haste is plenty to keep the buff up 100% in a no movement fight.

    Oneth/Prydaz
    8684 Crit
    8715 Haste
    10957 Mastery
    1070 Vers

    (Talents:2122122)
    999,221 DPS Patchwerk
    913,522 DPS Light Movement
    692,425 DPS Heavy Movement
1,223,514 DPS, 703,100 DPS to main target Hectic Adds
1,941,795 DPS, 829,134 DPS to main target Three Target Cleave (Talents:2122001)
3,151,795 DPS, 814,626 DPS to main target Five Target Cleave (Talents:2122001)

    Oneth/EDC
    9567 Crit
    6276 Haste
    10060 Mastery
    1094 Vers

    (Talents:2122122)
    1,048,563 DPS Patchwerk
    1,006,658 dps Light Movement
    778,563 DPS Heavy Movement
1,241,193 DPS, 703,551 DPS to main target Hectic Adds
1,990,404 DPS, 849,501 DPS to main target Three Target Cleave (Talents:2122001)
3,058,616 DPS, 790,903 DPS to main target Five Target Cleave (Talents:2122001)

From that it looks like even in movement fights Oneth/EDC both does more DPS and loses less DPS than Oneth/Prydaz.

It's far more vulnerable to messing up, though. And the gain isn't that big.
