Who is that to the left of Sylvanas?

So obviously that's Sylvanas in the center, to the right of her is the Dread Lord Varimathras (90% sure) and to the left of her is...

Who is that Blood elf (or High Elf) male to the left of her? He definitely looks dead but I can't think of who it could be!

You get to see him in the Undercity, and he's not dead, just a Blood Elf.
He's in the main chamber of the Undercity like the one with all the elites leading up to Sylvanas.

Oh! Thank you both. My only idea was the Ebon Blade's ambassador to the Horde but it's been so long since I thought of that guy I couldn't even begin to remember his name.
