I have made polls before and hardly anyone votes on them.

And those poor people have to deal with starving to death because the North Korean government is totally inept.

Prussian's power was based on its military, modern Germany's power is purely based on its economy. France would become responsible for the military power of that "Empire".

The French probably have the most prestigious military history in the world.

When lead by a Corsican. Starting with the Franco-Prussian War they have not really acquitted themselves well, and WWII was an absolute embarrassment.

Embarrassment? No Army on earth could have faced the the Wehrmacht and survived under the conditions that the French did. In two years, they conquered all of Western Europe and lost only 30,000 troops in the process. The only thing that saved the British was not sharing a land border.

Good cherry pick, but the french still have the greatest military history. The idea that France doesn't know how to fight is a joke.

Compare the war in Poland in 1939 to the war in France. There is no way to not claim the French were not humiliated and to top it off they often sided with the Germans instead of fleeing an mass to the UK.
Cherry picking? From the Franco-Prussian war until now is hardly cherry picking. And remember, the best French unit is made up of people who, by law, cannot be French....
