So then you don't agree that people should be hired based on their personal merits and you desire regulatory regimes that require preference be given to certain races based on where your personal sympathies lie.....
You're going to have to choose one or the other man, because so far you've purported two positions that are mutually exclusive.
Oh and by the way, I'm not a racist. I work closely with black people who earned their own way in life and think paternalistic people like you are the ultimate racists for believing they don't have the ability to make it on their own.
If you're going to stay in the argument, try to have enough intellectual discipline to not constantly resort to demonizing your opponent. It's childish, and really just leaves you looking like a petulant fool. There are plenty of ways to disagree with someone without stooping so low.
