Returning to WoW - How Far Behind Will I Be?

I stopped playing WoW after clearing mythic EN, and I was thinking about coming back. How far behind will I be with all of the AP and stuff like that? Are there any quick catch up mechanisms as of late? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I would say wait till 7.3 hits in the next two weeks. Then you will be up with the rest of the players in no time.

7.3 has a lot of catch up so its the perfect time. Get to 110 before it launches, then work on catch up in a few weeks after and its gg.
